Lee Gladney has been involved with emergency services since 1994. He has been a member of the West Park (Colorado) Fire Department for fourteen years, serving as Captain since 1999. In 1997, he joined the Pueblo County Sheriff's Emergency Services Bureau, where he served as a firefighter for three years before being named a Squad Boss for the Wildland Firefighting Team. In 2000, he was named the Fire Team Leader for the Pueblo Department of Emergency Management and has held that role since.

During Lee's tenure, the effectiveness and safety of the department has improved exponentially each year. His "Err on the Side of Safety" culture makes him a great fit with the Signet North America team.
