SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
Hazmat Along the Rockies is a unique experience responders have been asking us for since Day One. Well, you asked for and you got it.
HAZMAT Along The Rockies consists of three of Signet's most popular tactical courses (at discounted rates when offered in combinations) made available to first responders right in their own backyards. This year's edition consists of Chemistry You'll Actually Use, Alternative Fuels, and Static Electricity Awareness and Safety. This is a fantastic opportunity for responders and emergency managers of all kinds to hone their old skills and learn new ones to make them more competent and more confident when it's Showtime.
GOALS:
CHEMISTRY YOU'LL ACTUALLY USE:
The goal of this Signet North America Hazardous Materials Air Monitoring Experience is to ensure that personnel will better understand the chemical terminology required of them by NFPA 472. This Experience is one very full day of interactive hands-on chemical demonstrations, explorations, explanations and real-world applications for responders at all levels. This course meets and exceeds criteria found in United States OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120(q)(6)(i)(A), 1910.120(q)(6)(ii)(C), 1910.120(q)(6)(iii)(I), and 1910.120(q)(6)(iv)(I).
